About No More Tears

Who We Are

No More Tears Zimbabwe is a registered Private Voluntary Organization (PVO 30/2020) committed to restoring dignity, justice, and hope for vulnerable women, children, and families in rural Mashonaland Central. Operating across all eight districts, we address child marriage, gender-based violence, poverty, and school dropout through community-led, empathetic approaches. Though full-scale operations await funding, we are ready — with expert staff, a solid governance framework, and proven program models grounded in USAID/PEPFAR experience. Our systems ensure transparency and participation. We envision a future where every woman feels safe, every child has opportunity, and every rural family thrives. Giving Them Hope.

Projected Impact

What We Aim to Achieve

No More Tears Zimbabwe’s 5-year strategic plan envisions scalable impact across all eight districts of Mashonaland Central. We aim to reach 35,000 vulnerable households with support in education, health, livelihoods, and protection. Our initiatives will help 45,000 children with school access and psychosocial support, while 24,000 women and girls will benefit from GBV response, maternal health, and economic empowerment. We’ll establish GBV-free zones using survivor-led models, mobilize 10,000 caregivers into income-generating groups, and pilot a secure digital GBV reporting system. Health campaigns will tackle HIV, harmful practices, and maternal care — building a Zimbabwe where dignity is restored for all.
